The style and animation principles are exceptional and near-perfect, my only potential criticism is some colours [specifically at the individuals blue eyes above red face] create too contrasting effects to the point that to the human eye / in anti-aliasing, they create a different colour in-between those two colours as the differences are too sharp, this can cause slight pain for some to look at. [not noticeable on every display but definitely something to be careful with, I love the gif though]

Amazing artwork! The pixels look very carefully placed for good reasons [My only potential criticism is the outlines colouring, for hands they may be a bit too close to the base colour, the art is still amazing nether-the-less!]
