[Although, if you can, it would be even better to use some perspective to make it look like they are actually in the scene you put behind it, and the colours could be better picked depending on the scene, maybe also a shade given the background shade. But it is good netherless, and if you like this style, go for it!]

Nice Art! [The red noise effect might be a too saturated, when possible, try not to over-saturate colours, find a balance if you can!]

NIce artwork! [For future reference though, If you have a capable enough device, draw the character in a higher resolution so that when you scale it down to the canvas, it looks nice, and the ghost character on the right is not pixelated, rather than scaling it up, this is mostly due to art programs not treating up-scaling well]
